With a primary focus on barbell work, there is no doubt you will improve lean muscle mass and build total-body strength!

  • We explore a diverse range of movements from squats, deadlifts and weighted pull-ups to strong core work.
  • 50-55 minute sessions of progressive and structured strength training with short finishers to build a strong and powerful body.

Each 50- 55 minute session is coach-led the entire time. Making sure all our members get a great workout. Even if you've never done anything like this before, we will make sure you're comfortable and confident in yourself.

CONDITIONING

High Intensity

Usually involves the entire body, with short periods of rest and are designed to push the limits of your body to build strength and endurance while getting toned. Conditioning keeps the body burning calories after your workout ends.

  • High-intensity workouts with movements that change each session every week.
  • Shred fat and reveal a lean, mean physique.
  • 50-55 minute fully coached session with an explanation of the workout structure, exercise demos & modifications if needed.

Cardio animals and Athletes of ALL backgrounds will LOVE these sessions.

As well as Conditioning in each session, Wednesday and Saturday’s are predominantly conditioning sessions. FYI, Saturday is voted the BEST day. We go nuts! Conditioning days are THE best way to stay fit, lean and ready for any activity life throws your way. Each 50-55 minute session is led by a coach from start to finish to keep you safe and motivated. We work hard, and do not want excuses. We’re here to help you hit your goals let us do our job and you do yours!

Conditioning gets to the point, so you don't have to spend hours at the gym. Get in, get to work, get a focused mindset, get on with your day.

Regardless of your experience level, our coaches know how to keep things interesting. With new workouts each time, you'll never get bored and never plateau.

These conditioning days use a blend of bodyweight workouts, dumbbells, kettlebells, and agility exercises for the most well-rounded fitness experience in Chester. Not only will you build lean muscle, but you'll also experience sustained fat loss, increased cardiovascular endurance, and an incredible boost in self-confidence!
